Hackensack residents! Get to know your community and meet your neighbors. "Leadership Hackensack", a FREE seminar series with local officials and professors from FDU

Hackensack City officials and the faculty from Fairleigh Dickinson University are teaming up to provide "Leadership Hackensack", a 30 hour leadership seminar for Hackensack residents at the Johnson Public Library, 274 Main Street. The local officials will address: the history of Hackensack, how Hackensack government works, a look at some of the City’s departments. FDU professors will teach conflict resolution and relational leadership, as well as different forms of government, community partnering, community development and team building.
