Proposals for Shade Tree Planting 2012 for the City of Hackensack will be received at the City Clerk’s office at Hackensack City Hall, 65 Central Avenue , Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601, until 9:00AM prevailing time on Friday, June 15, 2012, which time and place (taken in the City Clerk’s Office) proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Proposals for the above may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00 PM, daily, except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. The City of Hackensack WILL NOT mail specifications, they must be obtained in person.

The City of Hackensack reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept the one that is in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the City of Hackensack.

Qualifications shall be placed in an envelope and the envelope shall clearly be marked “Shade Tree Planting 2012” for the Shade Tree Committee, address all qualifications to: Debra Heck, City Clerk, City of Hackensack 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601, or you may Fax both pages to Denise M. Stellakis Director of Purchasing at 201-646-3933.

Shade Tree Program
Proposal Date due 6/15/12 9:00AM

The Purchasing Agent is ADVERTISING ADDENDUM #1 FOR THE 2012 Shade Tree Program. Please be advised that the Trees must have a
3 ½ to 4” caliber just above the root ball, also we will only accept the 6 tree species no substitutes to the proposal. This Addendum #1 can be picked up at the City of Hackensack, City Clerks Office, at 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, from the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm except for holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
